The conference is free of charge. All fees below are optional:
• Conference kits (including CD containing papers presented in the conference and conference souvenir): Rp. 100,000/pax • Lunch on August 18, 2006): Rp. 50,000/pax • Dinner on August 18, 2006 (including East Java cultural performances): Rp. 150,000/pax • Field Trip to Malang and Batu on August 19, 2006 (including lunch boxes): Rp. 200,000/pax
IRSA provides some financial support to limited number of Indonesian participants to cover transportation and accommodation costs. Priority will be given to those whose paper are accepted and only need partial support to cover their transportation and accommodation costs
