The Indonesian Regional Science Association (IRSA) is preparing the 7th Pacific Regional Science Conference Organization (PRSCO) Summer Institute, which also be the 4th IRSA International Conference, titled "Decentralization, Natural Resource, and Regional Development in the Pacific Rim.”
This institute/conference will be held in Bali on June 20 and 21, 2002.
The institute/conference will include presentations of selected papers on a number of themes, among others: decentralization and regional finance, regional economy and planning, resource and environmental management, institutional development, population and urbanization, agriculture and community development, transportation, as well as industrial development and trade.

Requirements of the Abstract:
The abstract should be in English. It should not be more than 1 page long in an A4 paper with upper margin and lower margin no more than 1 inch, typed with 1.5 line spacing, Times New Roman 12. Please note in your abstract the institution that you represent.
Note that limited financial support is available for people from developing countries whose papers are accepted. Use the registration form for requesting the financial support needed and submit the registration form before April 15, 2002.
