No need to pre-register. Please just register as you walk in to the institute. There is however a registration fee as follows:
The Institute (Nov 2-3) fee is Rp 350.000,-per participant covering:
- Institute kits (including CD containing lectures and papers presented in the Institute and Institute souvenir)
- Coffee, tea and snacks
- Two lunches
- Dinner (including Parahyangan cultural performances)
Students can receive a 50% off for this Institute fee. However, they need to present their original student ID cards.
And only if you want to participate in the (pre-institute) workshop (Nov 1), there is an additional fee as follows:
Workshop fee : Rp. 1,000,000.- per participant (includes workshop fee, softwares, and special materials fee)
